I know!! I had heard it was bad down there, but this is the first clear pic I've seen of that road and it really brings it home...................

My ex said he was talking to an old neighbour who was in tears about his house - not surprised
I lived in that road twice you see - once in a bungalow with my ex and then again with Mick in a smaller semi-detached cottage.......

We were like that during the floods in West Molesey in 1968. Had to be evacuated by Navy Duk. Although the carpets downstairs were ruined, I don't recall ever claiming on insurance? Can't think why. We did have a plague of fleas when we moved back home

It was just before our son's first birthday, so my MiL was the first person to see him walk . I've never forgotten that
