morning all ,beautiful morning weatherwise but

a search being resumed for a 63 yr od German that went swimming in 25/30 ft waves yesterday afternoon.first search called off at 7pm last night when it got dark

why would you go into a sea that was running like that,a very rocky area as well

All I'll say is stupid, stupid, stupid. Too many people overestimate their own abilities and underestimate the forces of nature - thinking that mankind can beat nature at it's own game.... no you can't!

I obviously do hope that he is found but I even more hope that the rescue services out looking for him stay safe

I looked at those surfing in the horrendous seas and my thoughts were they needed sectioning for their own safety, and for
