Oooooh how lovely!! Sounds like the perfect treat, just what you need at the moment!
Think I might have to make some this week now, we've not had any for ages!
Did she have a good holiday?

Thanks Jo, I have to admit to three pieces this afternoon Gorgeous with a cuppa
She had a fabulous time thanks, it was a tour of the glens with the Cruse group she volunteers with, based in a lovely old hotel The only drawback was the friend she shared a room with, who apparently muttered in her sleep and moaned all night

Luke loves shortbread, but he wants the proper stuff. Took us ages to suss it out, 'no, thats not proper shortbread' until finally in the shop he showed us. It is proper shortbread if it has tartan on the tin, otherwise fake rubbish he would love yours Kaz
