I don't think it will be all that bad. I paid £70 for my 7" Android tablet at Lidl and it is great. I watch programmes on iPlayer on it and have emails, search, games - everything I need. It takes fabulous photos too.

This one doesn't look all that different from mine.

Your drawback is that it is £10 postage!

Ria, I have been doing a bit of digging about.

The spec for the price looks impressive, it is certainly enough for what you intend to use it for, but I can find nothing about build quality. The product looks to be end-of-line as it has been replaced by a higher spec machine under the same name - better CPU, more internal and faster memory, bigger expansion memory. Cannot find a price for this new model.

The company is registered in the UK and is based in Swansea, it has Ts&Cs and a contact phone number. Details here: http://www.jaoyeh.co.uk/
I suppose that you could contact them, and have a good look at the Ts&Cs, before jumping in.

New product spec's here: http://www.toocle.com/English/sell/detail--485912.html

I've just registered and bought one!!! It seems a secure site and I used Paypal so have protection that way.....

I am thrilled as my camera has just packed up and this will double up as a camera!!

Thank you Ria, I will buy you a nice glass of Pinot at the meet for that 8-) :D :D

:D I just bought one as well.... I figured for that price it's worth a shot. And if I find that I'm really using it and this one is just not good enough then I can get another at a later stage. But at least it'll give me an idea whether it'll be the right thing for what I want

Even if it just takes good camera pics and video I'll be chuffed, my camera that just broke cost twice that!
