Will you be booking your hotel room soon or are you waiting for more people to ok the meet date?
I'm just wondering whether to book mine now.

Am sorely tempted Ally as it is so cheap and you never know when the beggars might put up the price! I missed the £29 one last year and paid £40 something I think. Still a bargain but I'd rather pay the lower one

Ally, Kaz, I will give it to the end of the weekend, just to make sure things are firmed up, but if there are no major changes on the cards I think that I might take a punt and go for it on Monday.
It looks, from the other threads, that there is a consensus from those who are definitely coming for the 24th. At least having a definite date gives those who might be having problems with days off etc. something to aim for.
The September weekend as an alternative/extra also looks to be firming up.

I might leave it a day or so then, but the 24th is looking good

I'm going to do mine today - once I've moved my money onto a card that doesn't expire before we go!

Debih sometimes when I have booked a hotel in advance despite taking the card details they have not taken the money out until the stay - maybe that is why they won't accept a card with an expiry date of before the booked date?
