We're being treated to dinner out
I'll make sure we pay for the booze though.
Sadly, the Capri is shut tonight, so it's Nuno's instead

Mick had the leftover portion of last night's casserole, with some steamed new potatoes, and I had a lovely mushroom and tomato omelette

Soup I made a big pot of lightly-spiced veg soup for lunchtime. Bb was happy with it for dinner but I made it more substantial with the remains of the chicken, plus the concentrated juices from when it cooked

I've just had an omelette - cheese, tomato, pepper, spring onion and chorizo.
I was at Pilates from 6-7 and didn't want to eat before I went. After picking the girls up from mums and sorting them out it was 8.30. I'm trying not to eat stodgy stuff at night so an omelette was perfect.
Now I'm drinking a chai latte - though I am off to check my points to see if I can have a glass of red!
