I have just done an online order for Waitrose to be delivered tomorrow
There is an offer of a bottle of champagne for orders before the end of
January and I thought it would be nice for us to share to celebrate my 80th
birthday on Saturday. A good excuse as I like Waitrose`s food

I like Waitrose stuff too but not their prices. They have been pursuing me relentlessly over the champers but you have to spend £50 to get a bottle.

A lot of their prices are the same as Tesco--you just have to be careful what you buy
Also the delivery is free whereas you have to pay at the other supermarkets :
I am quite happy with them as you don`t have to buy much to clock up £50 these days
