Good for you both
Training is the key Poll. Start slowly and build up. You know you can do it - shouldn't take you too long anyway and as you've got company,. it will be great fun
Good luck xx
this from some-one who walked the marathon distance and if I can do that, you can do 10km xx

Poll, You will easily do it. I was dancing for nearly three hours last night, including a jive a quickstep, rhumba and foxtrot as well as others and I am a couple of years older then you. May be able to give a few pennies from my pension to sponsor you.
