Asda Photo - flippin' useless!

The online operation, not instore - the women in my local Asda are great on the photo counter.
Last week I ordered a couple of photo gifts for the boys and selected for them to be delivered to the local store so that I didn't have to wait in for a delivery at home.
Last night I had a text saying they'd be delivered to me today and it gave me options to reply if this wasn't convenient ie reply by text with number 1 to leave with a neighbour, 2 to redeliver on the 24th, 3 to redeliver on the 27th. I changed all plans for today which included visiting some friends, John went alone as I couldn't really say which neighbour would be in as it was late last night that I got the text and didn't want to leave the delivery until the 24th in case the gifts never arrived.
At lunchtime I had another text saying that the delivery would be between 3 and 4pm. I'd tracked the parcel on the courier's website and it was out for delivery all day but at 3.15pm it changed and had been delivered and signed for in Birmingham. Ermmm no it hadn't. I called Asda Photo and it's actually been delivered to the store, apparantly there's no way of changing the system so that customers don't get this delivery text when they've ordered for store collection.
What a waste of a day!
