Horrendous here--the wind is as bad as I can ever remember and things are
blowing down--it is quite frightening
Went shopping this morning--it was bad then but worse now and expected
to get even worse till early morning
Two of my granddaughters` have to drive home in it so please keep them safe.

Hasn't been that bad here. We have had spells of heavy rain and the winds got a bit stronger earlier on, but hardly any wind now and no rain at all.

We have had heavy rain this afternoon. It has stopped now and there was some blue sky before it started getting dark.
Hope it stays dry tomorrow night as we are going dancing.

I hope everyone will stay safe! (((((((((x)))))))))

We have had the worst of it now - it was a bit wild when we went out earlier but now just spitting rain and the wind has died right back..........

Heavy rain and wind here. Not an ideal evening to be going out, very happy to be sitting indoors in the warm.

All of you out and about stay safe x

It's not been as bad as I expected. We had quite a bit of rain around lunch time and it was incredibly windy (perfectly timed to coincide with me walking out of the hair salon) but the rain has slowed up a lot as the afternoon has gone on and it's not quite as windy now.

It's been absolutely dreadful, started out bad and got worse and worse, lots of rain and gale-force winds.
They've just been saying 30-ft high waves on the Isle of Wight  :?

The forecast for tomorrow is unfortunately very bad, with 80-mph winds expected  :o
Clearer for Christmas day, Boxing day the best one, then another horrendous storm coming at the end of the week  :o :?
