Morning all.

I'm feeling quite a bit better this morning. I still have the sore throat but the cotton wool head has gone. I have a nice red nose and mouth and my nose is streaming. I'm going to look lovely for my office lunch.

I'm nipping to Sainsburys this morning for the bits I couldn't get from Lidl yesterday and then coming home to chill before the lunch. I'm intending on having a snooze this afternoon before I pick the girls up from my mums (they're going there for their dinner after school). I have a really busy day tomorrow - 12 of us for dinner - so I'm cooking and cleaning all day. I want to use today to give me chance to feel better for tomorrow.

Morning Debih - good idea to rest today

I really must get on with my Christmas cleaning - the oven will get its annual scrub - and I like to make sure my kitchen cupboards are tidy and the paintwork everywhere wiped down. Not that it's filthy now LOL just I always do it for Christmas The carpets could do with a clean but they'll have to wait until the weekend for Mick, as I can't manage the Vax any more It is dry and bright out there though, after the horrendous weather yesterday, so I might go for a walk later

Late start for us as we both woke up in the middle of night, couldn't get back to sleep, so read for an hour or so

And it's grey and windy outside anyway Warmish, but very windy.

So an inside day for us, with a quick trip out to try and find the mechanic, as the car needs an mot this month.

Morning all Thank goodness the weather has calmed down. We have 3 fence panels to put back today Fortunately I saw them last night because they were right over our neighbours drive. D moved them and now we have to fix them back...not what I was planning on doing today

I need to clean my oven Kaz. I have done everything else, but that needs a good do before Christmas.

I'm back from my Frenglish lesson.
I went an hour earlier than normal as Nelly had to pick a friend up from the airport.

We're off into Malaga today to see the lights..shopping, lunch, beers, dinner, etc.

Waiting in for a phone call this morning. E's about to run out of his cholesterol meds and needs a prescription to carry him through until next March - we'll be in Barbados 6Jan-10Mar so the GP is booked to ring anytime between 11.30-12.30. Afterwards we might pop down the road for some fresh veggies etc. and that's about it for today.

Naaaah Di, it's ok, my own are quite enough Actually Jen looking at the oven cleaner I bought, I think it might also be a job here for a Man Wot Can - there are too many Deadly Warnings on it for my liking I can feel it bringing on my asthma.....*hack* *wheeze*
