I've just been to out a hot water bottle in L's bed ready for when she comes in.

The dog has managed to get under her duvet without disturbing it and was fast asleep, head on pillow.

Obviously keeping it warm for her bestie!!

I never cease to get amazed at the things our pet dogs get up to.

They have such intelligence and memories.

This week our Prince has been getting so excited seeing us wrapping up Christmas presents,
for he remembers that he always gets one, too. He just can't wait !

We have to be sure to put every wrapped-up present well out of his reach.

Fraggle likes to get into ours too, the hairy little monster    He is hairy too, unlike Pepper who doesn't shed, and I've had to buy some animal print bedding for camouflage :? :o All my pale embroidered duvet covers are back in the cupboard :?

We have a child gate on our stairs so no Jasper in our beds :D
Caspian used to bound up the stairs in the morning, but we decided, not this time!

Our puss cats used to climb in bed with us

Normally, there would be one between us and one sharing our pillows. So that's five in a bed

Billy sneaks in with us some time during the night...but he's a good source of heat in this weather ;)

He doesn't miss a chance to get on the bed though, or any bed for that matter. And once he's on he kicks the duvet off, moves the pillows and lies there looking at me as if he's saying "Well? What are you going to do about it?" It's all a big game.
