I am a little drung.

Sadly not drung enough to be typing incoherent messages.
Its ages since I've been out and come home a little drung. I think this whole people moaning about me because I, single handedly, rule the school and changed all the policies (oh the power, the power) has been really getting to me without me really acknowledging it and so I haven't been out in the village much.
So tonight I decided stuff it, I'm going to a party. In fact there were very few of us from the village there. It was a friend who lives in the village and it was a girlie xmas party but most of them were friends of hers from either her old school crew or her horsey crew. From the village there were only 7 of us - all of whom I am very good friends with - and only one of whom is still a parent at the school. The rest of us have children who are well into secondary school so the whole primary school politics is well behind them.
Fab food and lots of red wine but I don't feel too drung. Just merrily drung. I was determined not to get too bad as it is pamper day tomorrow and although I'm not heading out until 12pm I have loads of adoption papers that I need to make a start on before I go. But an asti and lime should work as a hair of the dog!
