I'm just knocking up a pasta dish using left over roast chicken, some toms and roasted peppers :D

Sausages for us tonight with boiled potatoes, peas and carrots.

Then home made rice pudding for dessert - I seemed to have loads of milk in the fridge that needed using up!

  Di :D

Grumpy had leftover chilli and ric and I had to add chips  and I had some pasta and made a cheesey sauce, into which went onion, roasted pepper (from a jar  ) and some presunto.

And very nice it was too

It's a fast day.
I'd thought of veggie chilli, but found we hadn't any tinned tomatoes
Or kidney beans
I found a BBC food recipe which sounded nice, chorizo & cabbage & chick peas - but included a tin of tomatoes

So I did a fritatta/Spanish omelette. Shallot, red pepper, mini-chorizo, and genius idea - 4 frozen chips, cooked with the above then chopped up :D
And had separate portions of pizza sauce in the freezer so one of those did as a tomato sauce to go with it.
Wish I'd thought of that in the first place, it was good :)
