Well a couple of items, we have an auction rooms in Bolton and have put a couple of items in to sell. One is a set of cups and saucers and side plates by Burleigh going back to about 1920's this is in the general sale. The other item is a figurine of 2 little girls with with a collie dog, going back to about 1900 and apparantly is from Germany so will have to wait and see what we can make on these. Will keep you up to date on this.

Well, The cups and saucers etc have been sold but only made about £11 - Still it comes in handy. The figurines will go into the Antique sales on January 21 so lets see how much this makes.
I read a letter in the Daily Mail that at auctions china and glass don't bring that much these days so no surprise there.

Oh well - that's better than nothing, and certainly better than just scrapping them ;)
