..... is October 1st, that makes it officially winter duvet and heating on day.

I don't care that the night-time temperatures are still in double figures - rules is rules.

I wore knee boots and a wool wrap today over my clothes - "You look very autumnal" said the dentist Well it dropped below 20 degrees and I wasn't taking any chances

I'm saying nowt.

We put our (only) duvet on last week, each night since I've been sleeping outside of it
No chance of the heating - it's 23 degrees in here

Nor me

and I still have only a sheet - sometimes - sometimes nowt no blankets yet

And we're going away tomorrow and hopefully, the sun will be out and it will be a brill few days away

We have the same duvet all year round, it just gets kicked off if it's hot.

It's still t shirt weather in our house so no need for heating yet

Can't believe it's already October tomorrow though!

The FACT that it is October is all anyone needs to know.

October is gloves and scarves and soups and fires and overcoat weather..... regardless of what outside says.

Ditch those T-shirts, shorts, sandals and salads..... and dress appropriately. You know it makes sense.

Gloves were two weeks ago - keep up!!!
