Unfortunately none of us spotted that this wasn't a dine for £10 deal  No wonder it looked good value
It was 'buy these things and get the wine free' :?
Lots of people in there thinking it was for a tenner (including me till I read the notice properly   :D
The assistant said she wished they'd stop this particular deal as it always causes confusion.
And anyway they had no puddings - none! - apparently a delivery hadn't come this morning.

I (like a lot of others in there) didn't realise but it was still good value i thought :D
I bought Seafood Casserole, Mixed Mediterranean veg, Choc and caramel cheesecake
and a bottle of Shiraz for about £12--the wine was £6.99 :D
We were looking forward to the Seafood Casserole and OH was going to buy a
bottle of red so we went ahead.

lissie :D

If they'd had the stock I probably would have gone ahead as well Lissie, I really fancied roast beef - but they didn't have the red wine either. Because they had no puds they were offering tubs of ice cream; we don't eat it much and have a new tub already so it ended up not being worth it :?
Still I got bargains in Waitrose instead :D - who had a meal deal on but had practically sold out!
