But it's all done

The little pasties took a lot longer than planned; I'm not really used to pastry, and didn't realise there's not very much in one of those ready-rolled sheets
So I had lots of filling and not enough pasties; found some pastry in the freezer so thawed that, but still not enough so made some, which is what I obviously should have done in the first place
Ended up with 26 of them though, and they're lovely - luckily had to make mini-ones with ends of pastry It was a samosa filling, basically a few potatoes with mixed frozen veg and spices
And 6 actual samosas in the freezer for us as we had some frozen wrappers.

Blimey I'm tired out though, and my feet haven't ached for a long time, I've been on them over 12 hours almost non-stop!
Tea loaves, coffee & walnut squares, cherry & coconut ditto, big cupcakes, mini cupcakes, veggie pasties - and dog biscuits
I did take a pic of the cupcakes packed in their tub, will try to get some at the show tomorrow if I'm with-it enough

You've probably seen it somewhere now Jo but if not - yes, not just for us
Dawgdogs, whose pics I usually share on fb, have an annual fun dog show/day, not far from us.
Their base is quite a long way from us so I can't do much for them apart from support this day, but it's the first time I've made cakes etc for it.
The weather's lovely and they always get an awful lot of people anyway, so they'll be needing a lot of food

What a fabulous cause! I hope they raise lots and lots of much needed funds

Seeing as Minnie endorsed the dog biscuits could you post the recipe when you get chance please?
