Until they started the actual festival a few years ago, there was already a Red Arrows display once a year. I think one of the higher-ups had some connection with a local children's hospice or something, so it was all free but they'd collect money from all the people along the front. We could just walk across the road from the flat and see it

It looks like a most interesting programme, Di.
