TV Disruption

Is anybody else having problems with some BBC channels tonight?

BBC1 and BBC4 are unwatchable due to them breaking up. I have tried TVs on two different loft aerials with the same results.

I wanted to watch Microworlds, Only Connect and New Tricks, but it looks like I will miss out.

We're OK at the moment.
It's because you live in the Headingley triangle... millions of tv's have gone missing there over the years..

Personally, were I to return to the UK, I would probably use a Freesat dish and decoder. The decoders are the same price as digital decoders and the satellite signal (at least in the UK), is much more stable than terrestrial tv. Also freesat tune will tune the local channels for you. If you have some other channel not on freesat, you can tune the TV to that via aerial...

Just my take on where I would invest my few shekels on TV technology.
