The hot weather has never agreed with me but today

It is 24C here, but the humidity is at 75%...... It looks and feels as though we should get a good thunderstorm at any time soon: fingers crossed.

I suppose that in time one can get used to these high temperatures but at the moment
I've just had enough of it.
Thunder storms promised for tomorrow. I don't mind those, but my poor dog goes frantic.
I feel so sorry for him.

I still won't complain.
I prefer this to the cold and miserable summers we have had recently. I just hope it continues for our holiday in Cornwall.

My hotel room is a furnace. I switched off all the lights, closed the curtains and had a shower. Then I lay down under the fan until I fell asleep. My fan is now in the open door, pulling the cool air in the Windows.

This is good weather. Do what the swede's do, enjoy it. Its hardly 2003 heat is it?
