I want to stay here

The week has flown by. I would love to do it all again, but with the benefit of hindsight. I really didnt start to relax until about Wednesday, as I was so anxious 42 would ring and we would have to go home. By Weds night I thought, well at least we are over half way. I seem to have lost all the confidence and positivity I had built up.

Oh well better try and think of a way to get the flowers my sis in law had delivered here, home

Glad you enjoyed yourself xx It always takes a while to wind down, when you're on holiday. I always think 10 days is about right.

Totally agree about a week not being enough to unwind properly - I said to Mick we should go for 10 days in Corfu next time, if we can afford it xxx

MM I share your sorrow.....we've just had a very short (TOO short really) break in Alnmouth on the Northumberland coast, and I REALLY didn't want to leave this morning

To be fair we have had perfect weather to boot, but the village is just so beautiful and the beach (where we just about lived!) is so clean and unspoilt

I actually said I want to live there one day......
