Cheese salad and rice cakes for me, tuna salad for Mick and B wanted something hot ( ) so had a WW cottage pie with extra veggies......

Cold taties, with herby mayo, prok steak on the bbq with a skewer each of chorizo and onion, with a black bean and cubed parma ham thingy (to die for )
And it's healthy, cos it's got fresh orange juice in it
