Cheese salad and rice cakes for me, tuna salad for Mick and B wanted something hot ( :o ) so had a WW cottage pie with extra veggies......

Tagliatelle with chopped bacon in cheese sauce for John and Joe, Tom's gone to Brewsters and I had vegetable stir fry with Pad Thai sauce.

Spinach tortilla with little bits of chorizo in it, and a huge tomato salad (that is, the tomato's huge) :D

Cold taties, with herby mayo, prok steak on the bbq with a skewer each of chorizo and onion, with a black bean and cubed parma ham thingy (to die for :D )

And it's healthy, cos it's got fresh orange juice in it :roll: :lol:

Left over teriyaki stir fry for the kids, and left over chicken Thai basil stir fry for the adults.
