Morning all.

Rather cloudy out there this morning - it rained heavily overnight (though I didn't hear it).

Big day today - S is off to the upper site of their school (where she will go from September) - although she is very non-plussed about it! L is off to the lower site this afternoon to meet all the other Yr 7's and to find out what form she is in.

Work for me and then this evening I am off to my friends house (she of the punctured blow up bed) to collect my dvd's and have a drink.

We had some rain too, still very dull and probably more to come.
I was up early dealing with stuff I'd rather not be dealing with; at least it was mostly on the kitchen floor not the carpet.
Dentist for me this morning, finally the filling for that broken tooth.

I must start getting up earlier to beat Saundra.

Good luck at the dentist Di - I hope it goes better than L's trip for a tiny filling yesterday. She was terrified again when we got there and no amount of reassurance from the dentist, the nurse and me that it really wouldn't hurt and it was tiny helped.

They are referring her to the clinic for sedation to have it done. I don't know where this awful fear of dentists has come from - although when we got home she was telling me that her friends had been telling her that fillings really, really hurt.
