my girl is back....

Postby pollR78 » 01 Jul 2013, 19:35

yay, my gorgeous girl is back today, so went straight to my mums after my placement - was SO good to see her.

My parents took her away for a few days holiday with the caravan on Thursday morning, I am so used to Amy being with me when I am not at work, that I missed her terribly!

Am so glad to have her back :D :D :D She had a fab time!

Oh and she mentioned how I promised we could go to Disneyland Paris if I got a job - and I have got a job :D :D :D, so said to her we will wait a few months after I start and get it booked, we went when I was in 1st year and it was amazing!!!

you are right Jo, I didn't know what to do with myself, hence I worked nightshift on Friday night on the NHS Staff Bank, im employed as healthcare assistant - that kept me busy but Saturday/Sunday I was lost!

OOOOOOHHHH yeah come along to Disney as long as you can pay your own way lol! It is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine are 16 and 13 and argue like crazy but they were out all day yesterday and I was home alone with the dog and the house was so quiet, too quiet...I was glad to see them come home

Disney is fab isn't it? I was so anti-Disney before we went, it was just something we thought we should do for the boys, go once and get it out of the way. Within 5 minutes of walking in I was awestruck
When we went to Florida, on the last day we could check our bags in at Downtown Disney so we did that and went into one of the parks. It got to the point where I had to be told that there was absolutely no way that Joe and I could get back in the queue for the Rock N Rollercoaster because our flight home was in 3 hours

aw Kaz xxxxx

LOL Jo! I was never really fussy about it but decided to take Amy, we got there and she told me that the characters were 'just people dressed up', i was shocked and told her not to be so silly!! She was 5 lol!

I would love to go to Florida one day but I think next time will be Paris again, as I felt quite safe doing that just the two of us, it is just so amazing, LOVE it!!

I think it's pretty much the same rides at all of them isn't it, and the less travelling time the better ;)
