.... and I do apologise.

I have just eaten two, yes two, rolled pancakes filled with red cherries soaked in (ahem) alcohol and brown sugar - this was drained and reduced to a syrup - and whipped cream to top them off I'm afraid.

Tomorrow I am having two more, with crushed banana and sultanas (soaked in orange juice) into which I have grated some milk chocolate. Once rolled they will be topped with whipped cream as well.

with butter/sugar
still there was hardly any washing up
we had strawberries and vanilla ice cream for tea this afternoon
