Morning everyone

A lovely, sunny hot already morning, so I'll be outside most of the day - far too nice to sit inside.

Have a great day, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all - we'll be out at about 11 to get over to this christening in time - H has decided he doesn't want to go (he can get a bit shy in lots of company) so we have to drop him at his dad's first, which is luckily just up the road a few miles from the church. The ceremony is at 2pm then no doubt a lovely 'do' at their house afterwards. I'm taking my camera so will have piccies :D

They are all scoffing the bacon baguettes I made as it will be a long drive before we get fed again  Will be back this evening so catch you all later, and have a good Sunday everyone :)

Good morning :D

Had a wonderful day in London yesterday and the icing on the cake was meeting up with Ed on Waterloo bridge and going for a few beers with him. :D

I‘m having a fry up cooked for me then we‘re going to have a walk in the park.

Craig‘s driving me back to Jackie‘s about 4 as tonight Jackie and I are going to the Old Joint Stock. :D

Enjoy the day.

Morning all. It has absolutely chucked it down all night.

We have a rather momentous event happening today - my mum and dad are coming here for lunch. They haven't been for at least three years because my dad struggles with the steps to our house - even though there are only a few he still struggles to manage.

Last week he mentioned taking us out for lunch sometime soon and I commented that it was a shame they couldn't come to us and he was very cross and said of course they could come, he could manage the steps and pathway. So they are coming today. I know it will be a struggle as he manages theirs okay because they have a handrail, which we don't and our steps aren't very uniformed. But I am really looking forward to cooking for them.

L is very excited and is making cupcakes and a banner. Ages ago she made an enormous paper chain and I think she wants Mick to put that up somewhere.

Aww Debih, that will be a very special Sunday lunch - have a lovely time.

It's very windy here and mostly cloudy. Haven't been out yet, so I don't know if it's cold. We have a busy day ahead, first of all going to a ballroom workshop, not to take part but to give the teacher a bit of coverage on our forum, so Mr. Osc will be taking photos and videos. Then we will go to a dance from 4-7pm. I want to get to bed fairly early tonight, last night I was in bed by 11pm, hope to make it by 10pm tonight, to prepare myself for an extremely early bedtime tomorrow prior to getting up at silly o'clock on Tuesday :D Have a good day everyone :)

We were meant to be going out today, dog and baby free for a change, but it could be an ironing marathon instead :(
