Excellent service

I have had a small Filofax for years, I think my daughter bought it for me about nine years ago. It has a zip that goes all the way round it and the zip broke the other week. After searching on line I found it was going to cost about £45 for a new one. I thought first of all I would find out about a repair so emailed Filofax who came back immediately and asked me to send it by Freepost back to them. I did so on Monday this week and yesterday I got a letter saying it couldn't be fixed, however, "in our continued commitment to superior customer service we have ordered you a replacement with our compliments"............it arrived today!

I am astonished!! I thought they might repair it free of charge but I certainly didn't expect a new one!! Well done Filofax.

That's brilliant!
My sister bought me a Filofax about 10 years ago and I wondered what on earth I'd bother with it for. I have to say I'd be lost without it now.

I have had one, a small one, for years! I just buy new date inserts for it each year :)

So do I Kaz, in fact Rymans is where I need to go tomorrow to get a 2013 one - it's on my shopping list :lol:

Well done Filofax.... and a very timely reminder this post is as I need to get my 2013 refills as well. I also have the small personal one and wouldn't know what to do with out it. It's what keeps me semi sane :D :D :D
