I've made cajun coated chicken fillets, big chunky home made spicy wedges and salad with generous hunks of avocado and baby tomatoes. :D

Lemon cheesecake for dessert. :D :D

Mm I could always happily eat Ally's dinner too - probably not the cheesecake though :)

I cba so it's lots of chestnut mushrooms in a sort of carbonara sauce with tagliatelle, and a pitta garlic bread; salad if wanted :)

I don't think I can face MORE chickpea curry tonight.

The girls have had sausage, egg, chips and beans. I wasn't hungry so haven't had mine yet and as Mick is away again I can have what I fancy.

Which at the moment is a mashed potato (of which I have some left over in the fridge, tomato ketchup and fish finger sandwich with chips on the side.................

I put the spuds in the oven so's the skin goes really crispy.

In a big bowl is a tin of corned beef roughly chopped, a knob of butter, a finely chopped onion and loads of grated cheese.
Add the scooped out potato and mix well.

Fill the potato halves and bung them back in the oven for about 20ish minutes.

They're really scrummy and I serve them with salad. :D :D :D
