I do wish we had an M&S nearer to us. That sounds lush.

Don't do that Ally, you might bump into those awful TOWIE people 'doing Marbs' :P

We have an M&S in town, half an hour's walk or a short bus ride, but the exciting news is that the local garage has been sold to BP and is going to have one of those M&S Food places!!!! Five minutes walk from me 8-) :D :D :D A bit tooo close probably  :P

Now that looks a nice change. I might even go and try one of those.

That will be handy for you Kaz. I have to drive to the park & ride and trundle into Preston on the bus. Then I have to walk down to M&S. It just usually means that it is too much hassle to be bothered unless it is something really special.

That's a nice selection isn't it :D
We're lucky, the old Waitrose in town became and M&S Food; Waitrose moved into the ex-Somerfield :)
No boys this weekend, think Bb could be very easily persuaded :D

My nearest one is about 10 miles away.

Di it shows the difference between where you live and where I live - our Somerfield became a Home Bargains

We went to M&S and i treated us
We had Catalan chicken with potatoes,
A dish each of garlic prawns and one of calamari :D :D I
It cost about £12 but the bottle of wine was priced £7.99.
It was a really lovely meal full of flavour.
