My plan for this evening was jacket potato, salad and chops.

However, it is so damned cold we are how having mashed potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, beans and Mr Brains faggots!!!

Jacket potatoes with cheese served with salad for the boys, leftover pasta for John when he gets back from his bike ride (if the rain doesn't stop him going) and I'm not sure what I'll cobble together for myself.

I'm thinking poached egg on toast for me.
I love Brains faggots too Saundra, haven't had them in such a long time though but think I'll have to put them on my shopping list now.

I fancy yours Ally, with a bowl of those prawns first :D

We're having Linda McCartney veg lasagnes :) I kept saying I really should have something in the freezer for when I can't think of what to do, or cba, so when I spotted these for 99p each I though that would do. Then I kept seeing them in the freezer and thinking, what did I buy those for?
They're probably fine :) It was going to be salad with them, but it might be broccoli instead...not exactly warm here either  Actually it was going to be a whole sort of salad dinner, the weather is why the lasagnes are coming out ;)

I'm roasting a chicken  Well, we didn't have a roast on Sunday as we were working all day in the garden, so a roast it is and I have to say it's smelling yummy and I will get extra Brownie points from Mr Loz when he comes through the door

Yes - James is in Saundra.
