Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 16 Feb 2025, 07:12

Good morning.

Sunny and forecast 22°. 8-)

My usual walk first. :)

Jacob and Inma have been visiting her family in Jaen this weekend and are coming here on their way home to take us out for lunch. :D

A picky tea tonight and TV. :D

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Quite cloudy, but mild. Sun and 19C for us later.

I have a stinky cold  Gone through two packets of tissues since I got up earlier  At least my throat isn't quite so sore.

Not going to do a lot today, feeding the washing machine, us, and cancel dinner tomorrow night, sadly, was looking forward to it.

I've got a busy week coming up, so need to be feeling much better, so a gentle, reading day.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning Ally, JanB and anybody elsewhois up.

Only 11C when I got up and there waslight rain when i went for the paper.

A day of tidying up. Lots of papers to file away, photos to put in albums. Put the clean washing away..

Then just relaxing. Like JanB, I have a busy week.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all, another dull damp one here. I’m still in my dressing gown as we didn’t get up until almost 9.30. Going dancing this afternoon, then home to watch DWTS Ireland.  I got all the holiday washing done yesterday and will iron tomorrow, so nothing housey to do today.

Good morning.
We have sunshine!
I have turned the mattress this morning; that thing weighs a ton and it will do for me one day.
Watching the footie this afternoon, just me and MrsC for dinner today.
Good luck at the match Jo.
Have a nice day everyone.

Morning all :D

Lovely sunshine, but very cold

Ally enjoy the sunshine, wish you could send some here.
Jan take it easy, hope the cold eases soon xx
Cruiser good luck with the tidying.
Osc enjoy dancing this afternoon.
Jo safe travels.

Ed came back from getting the papers with a very cold face, he says although there's no frost it feels freezing out there. Just as well we're not planning to go anywhere. Usual Sunday roast chicken and veg followed by choccy blancmange with orange jelly. DOI tonight, but no Call the Midwife, that's been replaced with The Bafta's, I know which I'd rather watch!!

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe and warm xx

Good afternoon everyone.

It is cold and dull, but dry, mind you that easterly wind cuts right through you.

The bins are out and the bottle bank run has been done so that's me set in for the day.

I'll get a load of washing done and put it on the airer seeing as how the central heating is on full blast!

Steak, chips and mushrooms for tea.

Stay warm everyone.

Afternoon everyone :)

Another grey day here, but at least it's stopped raining! ;) Usual Sunday stuff here, out for brunch and round to D's. Both very tired as part of Fraggle's condition is leading much more, so needs letting into the garden 3/4 times nightly :? Hopefully that will sort itself out as his meds kick in properly, could take a couple more weeks.....

Love to all xxx
