Going to Dealz in Torremolinos for salad cream.
They also sell loads of goodies on the sweets and chocolate front in which I shall indulge.

Don's got a new salmon recipe he wants to make for dinner which sounds delicious.

By heck, it's cold out there Stunning sunrise and the sun is out, no wind, which makes such a difference here on windy ridge

That man and his machine were out at 7.00, lit up like a Christmas tree.

Washing machine on, thankfully. Although I have to keep an eye on the bucket If Grumpy can sort out the spray thingy, I'll be out spraying the weeds, which have shot up in the last couple of days

I'm off to London today to meet up with some ex colleagues for lunch, very much looking forward to that. I need to get to Pets at Home, so I'll do that before I catch the train, and then on my way back I'll head through to Sainsbury's.
It's a very dull and grey day, but warm(ish) and dry.

Good morning Ally JanB and anybody else who is up.

Only 12C when I got up. Grey clouds everywhere and rain is forecast. Am going to Chorley. I wantto go tothe bank. The branch in Wigan has closed temorarily while
alterations are carried out. They should have been done lastyear but have ben delayed.
Will have my lunch out.

Back home will just be pootling.
I will be having chicken tonight. Done in the air fryer with some stuffing and roast potatoe.

Good morning everyone.

It is quite bright and mild, 8 °C, with a few wispy clouds.

Now that I can get round the rooms I have got the big vacuum out. The rechargeable hand-held is OK for a quick whizz around but there comes a time for a deeper clean. Once that is done I can get the Vax out to shampoo all the carpets.

Later on I will have to go get some bleach, polish and other cleaning bits and bobs then I'll give it a rest for a while.

Morning all, it’s grey and wet out there. We are off on an expedition to the far side of the city, somewhere we’ve never been. A dancing friend is taking something up for me, usually I give to her at Friday night dancing and she brings it back the following Friday. However, there is no dancing this Friday so we have to face the M50 which is bad enough at the best of times but worse when it is raining. We have a couple of things to look for, so we will pop into a shopping centre on the way home.

Crommers, missed your reply yesterday. Poor Jim really isn't doing well. All these falls shouldn't be happening in both CH and hospital, it seems a never ending cycle.

Off out to Westwood Cross, more things to pick up from M&S, this time for Ed. My every day watch battery has died so we'll get that fixed while we're there and probably have a general mooch round.

Good afternoon. We are currently in town, MrsC is shopping for some new cushions and we might have a look for a hand held vacuum later.
It is grey here but a little warmer.
Jen, he is a stubborn sod though. If he wants to stand up and wander off, he does. Even if he's been told not to. Plus he won't use a Zimmer frame and has lost a lot of strength in his legs.
