Sofa

Postby victor » 06 Jan 2025, 13:25

Bought a new sofa from OAKFURNITURE LAND ,delivered on the 14 Nov but not been satisfied as the material already looks "worn" on the cushions.
E mailed them with pictures ,had a call back saying they could see our problem and if we would like to go in the showroom and select another sofa they would be happy to do a swap.
Went yesterday and picked a diff one, rang head office this morning to sort paperwork and pay the diff £50 ,new one will be delivered this Friday .
Excellent service

That really is amazing customer service Vic.... really pleased for you.

I ordered a sofa from DFS a few years back and had a nightmare with the delivery and they were shocking with their customer service.
