Snow? What snow?

Postby TheOstrich » 04 Jan 2025, 23:04

Despite days of "will it - won't it?" weather forecasting, absolutely no snow here in North Dorset.

All that's happened is that it's bucketed with rain since around 8:00 pm, and it's still lashing it down.

Now if they'd said "flooding" ..... :)

We have a sleety kind of precipitation, but snow drifts have we none!

You certainly did! Three to four inches on the road and very few neighbours have ventured out.

We now have freezing rain. It's raining but not melting the snow.
