Another frosty start, but the nights are getting warmer from tonight, so hopefully, that will be the last of it for a while. 18C is forecast for today.
Cleaning for me this morning and grumpy is going to spray the weeds on the bottom drive. He could almost strim it
Hope Osc is on the mend today xx
Safe travels All x
Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx
Enjoy the breakfast and the walk Ally, and safe travels back home Jan, don't overdo the cleaning. 18 degrees would be quite nice to have Cruiser, as always - enjoy Chorley and enjoy your lunch Morning Vic
A very nippy and frosty start to the day here - it's just gone 9.30am and the temperature is sitting at 0; I think we're expecting a high of 3 degrees today. The usual day for me; Sainsbury's for fresh veg and more cat food and a bit of pootling. Am heading over to Karl and Nadine's later afternoon; Nadine's brother is flying back to SA today so I'm keeping her company on the way there / back so she's not driving on her own.
Good morning. Very frosty here this morning. MrsChas taken one of our neighbours to the doctors. She doesn't have a car now and it's a long walk uphill when you aren't well. Enjoy your lovely weahter Ally and don't do too much Jan. How are the cats Ria? Have a nice day out in Chorley Cruiser. I've read that the seaside doesn't get as much frost as inland Vic. We are taking the dog out later, that should be bracing! Have a nice day everyone.

Morning all, it’s bright, sunny and extremely frosty out there, the outside temperature is 0 degrees. Like Victor says, quite unusual for those of us who live on the coast. I’m almost afraid to say it but I feel a bit better - don’t want to jinx it. Today I am definitely going to get out for a least a short walk, and I might do a bit of ironing.
We were actually up at silly o'clock to do the M&S trolley dash. The car was covered in frost, the first time this winter we've needed the can of de-icer!! It was very quiet, they were still filling the shelves and said the papers hadn't arrived yet. Strange that as the wholesaler usually drops off at the supermarkets before the small local shops. Meant I had to stop off at our local shop on the way back home, who incidentally got theirs well before we left home.
Wash day for me so we won't be venturing out again, still got programmes to catch up with so will probably start on that this afternoon.
Freezing cold here, awoke to thick frost! WE meeting first thing - I had a small gain, but not as bad as it could have been We've been to see D, and are now enjoying a quiet afternoon
