Morning Ally, morning everyone

Foggy start but that will clear and we'll have another sunny day.

Off to Ourique later this morning for Grumpy to have his stitches out and then Steve and I are going down to the Algarve, to try and sort out our meo account. They supply our internet and tv, as well as my mobile and our landline (which has never worked  ) but they are the worst company in the world to deal with and although I've been trying to sort it out by phone, they insist on face to face - in our shop. We'll probably end up in the wrong shop, but at least we'll try.

A couple of sneaky beers at the bar before home.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Hello and good morning you two and everyone else

Enjoy the walk and then the lunch today Ally, and definitely enjoy those 23 degrees!
Fingers crossed you get it sorted Jan. Is Meo the only provider you can use or could you switch to someone else that may be a bit easier / better to deal with?

A pootle day for me. The cold snap that is expected to hit most of the UK won't be quite as harsh here (allegedly) but I ideally should do a few things in the garden before it hits. Picking up Amelia from college at noon, but that's about it.

Have a lovely day all x

The only other one uses the same satellite as meo Ria, so we'd be in the same boat. On Staurday morning, internet was super whizzy, by the afternoon, it was so slow, I just gave up.

Morning all :)

23 sounds perfect Ally, I just hope it’s as nice for us in Spain next week :D xx

Jan I hope all goes well for Grumpy, and that you get your Meo account sorted xx

Ria it’s more damp here than cold - yet! :? :cute: xx

Usual sort of Monday here, as I’m meeting Em in town. I went through mine and Mick’s summer clothes yesterday, had a bit of a “cull” and put some to one side to iron and pack. It’s only a week today until we leave for the airport 8-)

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all from a very wet Westport. Nice drive down yesterday and a very pleasant meal last night with friends before an evening of dancing. Breakfast done this morning and there are dance workshops this morning and afternoon. We’ll go along and if we already know the dances being taught, we will watch and chat with others. One of our friends is recovering from surgery on a ruptured Achilles tendon and isn’t dancing so we can keep him company. We have a lovely big room in the hotel, it even has a little balcony so we can step out into the rain

Morning all :D

Dull and overcast

Started my trial today so we haven't planned anything for today just in case. I'm currently sitting at my pc with a face mask on, not a pretty sight  Expecting a Tesco delivery later this afternoon and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon everybody.

It as only 13C when I got up so the CH went on. Turneit off when i went out. I have been back to the school again to talk tothe children. They enjoyed it.
They had signerd a big birthday card and I was also given a bottle of wine.
Am expecting a card from America which was posted over a week ago.

JanB, I changed my bradband supplier in June when my contract finished. I was with Virgin and the customer service was terrible. It hastaken three months
for them to decide that I do not owe them forty pounds. Many phone calls and letters before the decision was made. Yet they had all the facts from day one.

Have put the cover on the windscren so hopefully I will not have to defrost it tomorow morning.

Now just relaxing.

ae a good day everybody
