Morning Ally, morning everyone

Still cool and cloudy, but we're warming up tomorrow, by 12C  :o

Washing out, more to do and I fancy a cooking day, so will be making a big batch of favas and also a load of samosas, for the next coffee morning.

And as it's the last cool day, I'll be using the oven for the last time for a long time and roasting some pork for dinner.

Any news of D's friend Kaz?

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning everybody.

It is now 18C with blue skies.

I have made two phone callss. One to pay a bill and one to make an order.

Am now going to town. I want some batteries. I buy a strip of them from Poundland. I could buy more expensive ones but they
don't seem to last much longer.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all, it looks like a pleasant day out there. Usual Thursday, dance practice this morning and Kellie will be here this afternoon - I have to bring her to tennis for 4pm. Before we go out, I want to phone our travel insurer to check on something ahead of the upcoming Aer Lingus pilots work to rule which is due to start on Wednesday, two days before we are supposed to travel. I managed to get myself sunburned yesterday, sitting out reading and yes, I had sun cream on. It’s not even, but blotchy and in strips, not too attractive!

Morning all :D

Dry, but a bit overcast

Not much happening today, I have to be at the hospital at 1.50pm for a blood test and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good morning, and it's quite a nice one too.
Later we shall be picking the child up from school and having her sleep over.
I need some cash and we need a few bits from the shop.
Our son seems to be picking up from his viurs / infection or whatever it was, thank goodness.
Have a good day everyone.

Afternoon all, it’s quite dull and humid here.

I’m busy busy busy this week with crocheting a blanket. I made one earlier this year for a charity which donates them to children from Chernobyl who come over for a holiday. I started a second one and then got bogged down making those ones for Tom and Joe so shoved it to one side and thought I’d get it finished for next year’s collection. I picked it back up again last weekend though and I’m trying to get it finished for the posting deadline of July 1st, plus I’d like to get it done before the forecast rise in temperatures next week  I’ve got 8” plus edging to do.

Getting very excited for Green Day tomorrow :Hi:

Have a good day all :D

Afternoon everyone :)

Jan I was planning to update today, D heard from the family and yes thankfully she is doing well - although she has left-sided function loss - and is on the waiting list for a rehab unit in Dursley :)

It's a lovely day here :) Mick and I went to Tesco, as D had the gardener coming, came home for lunch and then nipped round to see her. Just got back. I have a line of washing blowing, and another ready to go out. I've also done a bit of weeding - just a few that have popped up in the gravel, and between the patio paving.

My arm is sore from my shingles jab yesterday, but otherwise none of the feeling groggy that the nurse warned of 8-) :D

No Pilates tonight as Steph is away.

Love to all :) xx
