Merry morning Ally - happy Monday. And a good morning to everyone else as well
Ally - sunny and hot Ria - grey, wet and 15 degrees max today .... hmmmm know which I prefer (and it's not the grey, nor the wet)
Enjoy the walk and then your chill afternoon Ally. As said, not the best of days to be outside today, just as well it's a work day so the usual mix of work and pootle.
Cool and cloudy again this morning. Not that warm at 25C either.
Washing on the go, Molly has at last gone out - came in at 9.00 last night, straight to bed
I'd like Grumpy to get some strimming done today, I'll cut the triffids down. Might keep some seeds, but they do get rather big - and sticky. Might chuck a few seeds by the fence see what happens
Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx
Really changeable here again today, sun one minute, cloud the next and quite chilly I have washing in, to peg out shortly. Mick is running me into town so I can grab a few minutes on the sunbed, then I'm going to Cheltenham with Em and one of our SW friends, R. She wants to go to Bravissimo and we don't have one in Gloucester.
Morning all, it’s fairly sunny but bloomin’ chilly - the outside temperature is currently 10.5 I was hanging out washing earlier and really, there was ice in the north wind. So so fed up with it now, I can’t wait to get away for a week in just under three weeks time and hopefully get some warmth on my bones. Edward has gone to play golf, and I’ll be going to my mobility class in a while. I did the whole pile of ironing yesterday *polishes halo* so this afternoon I might have to clean the bathrooms, or I might leave them to tomorrow and do my jigsaw instead! We had a good “doing stuff” sort of weekend which we both enjoyed - we tidied up the roof terrace, now all we need is some good weather to enjoy it. I also sorted out clothes and cosmetics, tidying up a few cupboards and trying on some clothes to prepare for our holiday.
It was only 14C when I got up There is a blue sky but a wind is keeping the temperature down. Have been for a new cable to connect The printer to the computer. When the new broadband installation was done,, one of the cables used the socket at the back of the computer which connected to the printer. So I have bought a new cable which fits into a different slot at the back of the computer. I have been to a local supplier who I have used before. Only cost £1.50.
Will do some ironing which has dried overnight. Then just pootling.
Was hoping to get out in the garden for a tidy up, it's supposed to clear for the afternoon, we'll see. Expecting Tesco to deliver this morning, the app says it's 1 stop away so we shouldn't have to wait long.
