It's bubbling away quite happily, the table outside is ready, the chips (frozen are best with this) will be done by myself, as Grumpy is in charge of the clams.

He reckons he can do them better than me................humph.

So I've got the pan all ready for him, he just has to cook them - and watch them open

And Ton, to answer your question - pasta with some chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms, spinach and Camembert that was left over from a board lunch we had yesterday. the people that do the catering for the Board lunches have been doing so for the past 3 years or so and always bring a little bit extra for me - their food is fab so I'm always very happy

Boys were at the beach all day so Don and I had soy baked salmon with a zingy salsa and couscous.

It was devine.

everybody has yummy meals on here
never heard of some of them
