I feel terrible. My throat is sore, my ears are hurting and now I have an awful cough. I am going to dose myself up and go back to bed at 8.15 when both girls are gone to school.

I am feeling very sorry for myself.

Dull again here, very windy, don't think we got the worst of it but it was really howling through the bedroom window.

Hellooooo Di we had a terrific time!!! I will probably post separately about it all later in detail but basically lots of sun, lots of rest, lots of gorgeous scenery and lots and lots of lovely food Back last night to a rapturous welcome by Pepper and Becks had managed not to burn the house down so all was in one piece

Off to Tavira later, as we need to dod the final clean on the little house there, visitors arrive on Monday for a couple of weeks.

Then I'm going to stop at our butchers on the way home and get a pork loin to make the porco Alentejana again. Both love it

Good morning all. Still windy and not very warm here. Welcome back Kaz, glad you had a lovely hol, seems to have gone very quickly and look forward to hearing details of Corfu. Sympathy to Debs and hope soon better, maybe the weekend shock lowered your immune response which should quickly recover now all under control.
