Too much pepper...

I was making beefburgers from lean steak mince and had just added a load of pepper when the phone rang....
It was my daughter Becks, and we chatted a while, as you do.
So, I eventually got back to the burger making, saw the pepper, and you guessed it.
Now I like a peppery burger, but I think that I might have to add more mince as I can't take out what was put in.
