Too much pepper...

I was making beefburgers from lean steak mince and had just added a load of pepper when the phone rang....

It was my daughter Becks, and we chatted a while, as you do. :o

So, I eventually got back to the burger making, saw the pepper, and you guessed it.

Now I like a peppery burger, but I think that I might have to add more mince as I can't take out what was put in.

Lots of gravy - that might soak it up a bit.

Probably too late now, but I'd have said fry just a little bit to taste, it's probably fine :)

We always have onion gravy with burgers. Not that we have them very often anyway.

Ah, yes, that's the normal way, but the phone call threw me..... :P

So, it's more mince, and a load more burgers then I expected. :o

Don't you ever have them in a bun with salad, McD style?
