Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 11 Mar 2023, 06:17

Good morning.

Another lovely sunny day and 24°. 8-)

We had a fabulous day yesterday. Breakfast with the twins then a wonderful walk to the east side.
When we got home we'd totted up 18kms.

I won't bother with a walk this morning.

A lazy day reading beckons. :D

Chinese takeaway tonight and TV. :cute:

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Grey and damp start although we're forecast sun and 22C

I'll put some washing out in the hope the sun does come out to play ;)

Off to Ourique after breakfast, as Aldi have a couple of things in today we would like. Also picking up some compost and hopefully another couple of big plant pots, so we can move things around.

Ironing when I get back and then down to the bar this afternoon.

A nice easy day after a lot of hard work yesterday, well, my legs felt like they'd walked miles, up and down the drive and over in the field

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

That does sound like a lovely day Ally :) Enjoy your lazy day today :) xx

Hope it warms earns up for you later Jan :) xx

No chance of that here, we had frost overnight :cute:  Out for breakfast in a while, round to see D afterwards. Mick escalated her phone problem yesterday, by going right to the top, and had a phone call from the CEO 's secretary assuring him it's now a priority! We'll see *sigh* Holiday ironing this afternoon as in one week's time we'll be leaving Gloucester to drop B and Fraggle at her dad's, before making our way to our Gatwick hotel :Hi:

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all :D

Nice and dry, think we're in for a good day.

Up extra early as I have a hairdresser appointment this morning. It's not quite 6wks since my last one, but I need to fit 2 in before we go off on holibobs. Planning to catch the bus as I have a few bits to do in town. Providing the forecast is right we'll probably pop into The Pavilion for some lunch before coming home.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Morning all, it’s dull and damp here. It’s Kellie’s big night tonight as she performs in her dance school show, this year she is singing as well as dancing. It is a very long day for her, rehearsal for lighting this morning, matinee and evening performances - we’ll be there this evening, it’s in a proper theatre. Edward is just getting lentil chilli ready to cook in the Instant Pot, and I’ll do stuff around the house, or maybe I won’t

Did I say dull and damp? It is now absolutely hissing down, it’s so so miserable.

Afternoon all, it’s greying over now after a sunny morning. We’ve got sleet, snow and rain forecast for the rest of the day.

We had a lovely long walk around Hednesford Hills this morning, we had thick snow in places and horribly wet and slippy mud in others.

Not much else planned for today, have a good one all x
