Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 03 Dec 2022, 06:42

Good morning.

Another busy day on the cards. 8-)

Gez is breakfast chef. :D

Meeting Jude at noon at King's Heath park cafe. :)

On to the Patrick Kavanagh pub to meet some friends. Sharon is going to drive over, pick up the holdall and drop it safely back to the house, then her and Gez are getting a taxi over to join us. :D

We're all then going into the centre of Moseley to hook up with more friends. :D

Tonight us four have a table booked at an Iranian restaurant.
Looking forward to it all. ;)

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sun and cloud this morning, with wet stuff on it's way.

Have a great day Ally x

Off to Ourique soon, need money, Grumpy needs some slippers and antihistamine as his hayfever seems to have kicked in

Back for a breakfast baguette and then decide what we can do, weather dependent :?

A picture to put you off your breakfast 8-) I was lying in bed, listening to the rain and realised that we still had chair cushions and a wooden table top outside. I checked the time, 5.10am, and went outside to bring them in.

Luckily, no lights on next door, as I don't wear anything in bed 8-)

Didn't feel too cold 8-)

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

That's sounds like a full day, but fun Ally :D Have a great time :) xx

Jan    xx

It's supposed to be dry but chilly here today much better than rain! Usual Saturday stuff here, I do so enjoy the Quays when the rink and Christmas markets are on - there's nothing like sitting with a nice hot drink, watching the skaters flailing about..... ;)

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Good morning all, it’s a sunny one for a change!

Off for a haircut shortly and the I’ll meet John for breakfast. This afternoon we’re going to see Amanda on her stall at a craft market.

Al, my Mom grew up in the centre of Moseley! They lived in a terrace on Church Avenue, one of their row was featured on Location Location Location a few years ago - pretty sure it would’ve been less desirable back in the 30s and 40s though! Have fun!

Have a good day all x

Morning all :)

Dull and overcast

We were up at silly o'clock to get ready for the invasion. No idea when they'll all arrive, but didn't want to get caught still in bedclothes

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good morning everybody,
A bright but chilly morning. Have been to Asda for some more lights for the tree, a star for the top and a garland for round the base.
Now I have had breakfast I am going to write some cards. Want to post some to America and Germany this morning.
AllY where do you get your energy from?
Kaz, I have been to some of the German Christmas markets and watched the skating drinking the wine. It is lovely watching them even the amatuers.

Have a good day everybody

Morning all, it’s quite dull here and inclined to be drizzly. We will be heading to Carlow later for an overnight and the first Christmas event of the season - food, dancing, fun with friends, what’s not to like! Strangely, I am still not feeling 100% after my booster but I’ll just keep going and I’m sure I’ll be fine. Back tomorrow.

Have a lovely time Osc and hop you feel better as the day goes on xx

Success on the slipper side. I bought him a pair of backless Father Christmas slippers in Aldi - he was not too impressed when he saw them  - and aalso a pair for us both in the Chinese.

Now a little drizzley, so we'll be staying in and near the tv I think.
