Confusion reigns

Been hearing for weeks, from various people, about the experiences trying to get and then pay for and receive this new residençia card.

This morning, I logged on, to see if the payment details had been uploaded.

Yes!!

~Brilliant, so I navigated my way around - and believe me, they've made it very difficult all round - and yes, we're both there. Although somehow, they have added a couple of letters to my dad's name, which I am supposed to report and then they'll re-do it. Can't be bothered.

Double checked the payment amount. Mine is for 18 euros, Grumpy for 15 euros. Double checked again and they've given him a five year temporary card, even though he was replacing his ten year permanent and have given me the ten year permanent

I'll see what he wants to do when he surfaces

There are two numbers to call.

One goes straight to a message syaing that this number is no long er in use and the other says to contact SEF by e-mail

Just tell him you’ve put him on a 5 year probationary period Jan

Seriously though, sounds like a lot of red tape! Hope you get it sorted ok xxx
