Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 12 Nov 2022, 06:46

Good morning.

24° and sunny. 8-)

We've had no Autumn and it's like Springtime. I see the weather is very mild in the UK too.

Off for a walk shortly. :D

We have square sausage  in the freezer so Jacob's going to be making us breakfast.
Bacon and eggs too and he brought over potato waffles with him yesterday. Yummy!

SCD tonight and an Indian takeaway. :D

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny morning here too and another 23C later 8-)

Been awake since 5.00, when I woke to darking bogs  The blasted things didn't stop until it got light  Nasty neighbours left his dogs in their daytime kennel, so we had them all day and all night, barking

Will be ringing the police if it happens again tonight.

Off to Ourique about 9.00. We need to get Grumpy's inhaler, which the chemist had to order on Wednesday and we'll pop into Aldi, as they have some rather nice jackets to have a look at. We'll get the makings of breakfast too. Although I quite fancy some of the that sausage Ally

Meeting friends down at the bar this afternoon and curry for dinner.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s fairly dull here. Edward is busy batch cooking and I’m just pottering around. We are going out tonight so showers will be later. We’re going to a black tie do (or as our Di used to say, a posh frock do). I’ll try and get photos of us both. There is a drinks reception at 6.30 followed by dinner at 7pm, followed by lots of dancing. I benefitted from someone’s kindness yesterday, I was looking for a silver shoe spray to freshen up my silver dance shoes and asked at a shoe repair place at the shopping centre where we stopped for a cuppa after the funeral. She had none in stock, but loaned me one of hers! I said I wouldn’t be able to bring it back until next week and she said that was fine, even though she doesn’t know me from Adam, isn’t that so nice - the shoes look great.

Ally, it’s so mild here I’m sitting outside Corretto’s without a coat, just a jumper  Really strange for mid-November :? Enjoy your square sossidges  xx

Sorry the dogs are at it again, Jan! Blooming nuisance  Hope you vacant get Grumpy’s inhaler. I had to go back to Lloyd’s for D yesterday as they missed one of her inhalers from her bag of meds! Someone had put it in the fridge :cute: xx

Hope you can get your spray, Osc xxx

Sunny and mild here :) Just finishing brekkie at Corretto’s then we’re going to see D. [Fanfare] The solar panels are up!!!!! [/Fanfare] :Hi: :Hi:

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

I love a cooked brekkie Ally, it doesn't happen here very often.
How annoying about the barking dogs Jan, I'd be inclined to report him now.
Very nice about the shoe lady Osc, how kind.
The weather for November is bonkers Kaz, definitely not complaining though.

Drum roll, we're off out for a walk in the next hour or so. For one reason or another we haven't had a proper walk for well over a week. Really looking forward to it, I've popped a casserole in the slow cooker, it only needs dishing up so minimum effort for me when we get back. Oh and Strictly to look forward to, a perfect day :D :D :D

Hope you all have a good day xx
