Good morning.

Sunny sunshine and 31° forecast. 8-)

Off for a walk shortly and I'll have a swim when I get back. :D

Out with the girls tonight for a Pimm's and pakora evening.

Have a great day.

Moerning Ally, Kaz and everyone

Another sunny and rather warm day. We reached 33C yesterday

Still got the dust though

Late start, as now Grumpy has the cold. My head is clearer, but the cough is horrendous

Not doing a lot today, I have an enormous pile of ironing and I need to get the new pillows and other stuff down to the battery store, but will see if I feel more with it once I've had a shower.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning everybody.

Waiting for a deelivery by DPD and from Royal Mail. Have also made an appointment to have the security alarm serviced. The local firm who fitted it
are so busy they cannot do it until 27th October.
Am also having an engineer coming tomorrow morning as I cannot gettyhecentral heating to work. I have tried to reset the programmer but
not had any success. The instructions are invery small print and are not easy to follow. I am leaving it to the experts.
Am doing housework as the dust seems to accumulate quicker than I can get rid ofmit.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all, it’s mostly cloudy here with sun coming through occasionally. We are going to dance practice this morning, then back to collect Kellie from school and have her here for the afternoon. We had our flu jabs yesterday, no side effects apart for a slightly tender arm.

Morning all, it’s sunny and still mild. We’re forecast 18° today.

I’ve been having a sort out and have shredded loads of papers, I love shredding :D

Not sure what the plan is for this evening, John might or might not be here for dinner. He’s supposed to be going out to eat with our friend Lee but Lee’s mother was taken to hospital yesterday with a blood clot so he’s not sure if he’ll be out.

Mrs Harris Goes To Paris was enjoyable. We laughed coming out though. When we went in we were told that there was a H&S issue in the screen we were in, because the lights were turning down lower than they should be so it was darker but not to worry because a high-vis wearing member of staff would be inside with a torch, plus the lights were working on the steps. Anyway, the film ended and it was dark but not too dark, we made our way down from the seats and walked around the corner to go walk along the corridor to the exit door into the concourse and had to step over the sleeping member of staff who was lying across the dark corridor. He was a bigger H&S issue than the lighting!
Probably should’ve checked he was ok.

Have a good day all :)

Morning all :D

Bright and sunny 8-)

I love shredding too Jo.
Glad your flu jab went well Osc.
I find instructions are often ridiculously small Cruiser, regularly have to use a magnifying glass.
Sorry Grumpy has a cold too Jan, hope you are both better soon.

E had a call from the RNOH this morning (sods law just as Pop Master started ) to arrange an appointment to see if having a knee replacement is viable. It's not until 12th Jan so still some time to wait.

Usual Thursday trip to Westwood Cross and M&S. I've popped a casserole in the slow cooker for dinner tonight so will be able to have nice lazy afternoon when we get back.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon all.
Blowy and chilly here.
We have been for a paper and to our daughter's to collect some ironing.
We were going to paint the fence but it's going to have to wait.
Have a good day all.

hello all, late in the day but a quick pop in to say hello.

got my head buried in expenses for people here - lots of travel that's taken place so loads of receipts. Usually an easy job, but this time it's a mix of Euro, USD, CAD, Taiwan D, Singapore D and more so lots of workings out to be done - keeping me out of trouble though so can only be a good thing :D

a quiet evening home this evening

hope everyone is doing as well as can be xxx
