Mine sticks every year now. I'm, installing a new one when I install the pellet boiler.
Tips if you want to get it going yourself. Middle of the body of the pump is a sliver screw with a slot. Undo it and spin the spindle under it. Close it back up again. Pumps are usually multi floor with the pump set for the number of floors at installation. 1/2/3 floors is standard. sometimes the switch position burns out. Usually they are set on 2, switching to 3 is also worth trying. I've had both types of failure.
Up to you.
Oddly enough they are really easy to change if you have the tools. They are fitted with isolator valves on either side to make it easy to change without draining the system down.
