Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 03 Jul 2022, 06:52

Good morning.

So far the weather has been really pleasant...it is nice being away from constant scorchio.

I'm checking out of the hotel at 10am.
I'm leaving my luggage in their store room as I've got a taxi booked to take me to Law Village where I'm going to attend the service at the Parish Church.

Since I came back to Spain last October I've followed the service livestream on a Sunday (Paul was the vicar who did dad's funeral) so it will be lovely to attend in person.

After refreshments it's back to the hotel, pick up my luggage then Michelle is picking me up and I'm off to stay at hers until Saturday. :D

She's an excellent cook and is doing something Vietnamese for dinner and we're watching a movie.
Looking forward to putting my feet up.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, Kaz and everyone

Grey and not that warm. cardi weather again

Done the watering and will be finishing off, hopefully, the tidy up outside after breakfast. It's cool enough, so should be able to get it all done.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning.
Overcast here. Enjoy the rest of your stay Ally. Jan, can't believe you are in a cardy in July in Portugal. Have a nice laid back Sunday Kaz.
We'll be having the same. Sunday dinner with son and sister in law then out for a little walk later.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it’s bright here but not much sun (eta - it’s raining now  ) Usual Sunday routine, watching our country music programme while eating breakfast. It’ll be mostly golf for the afternoon, which is fine by me. We’ve to order our shopping for tomorrow - changed to Monday delivery and so far, so good. Might fold up some laundry and even iron some, change the towels and pop them in the machine.

Morning all :D

Bit overcast right now, expect the sun to appear this afternoon.

We had a lovely walk yesterday, saw lots of people on the beach and in the water. Must admit swimming in our sea doesn't appeal, much too cold for me. It's why we love hot countries so much, beach bums that's us

Not a lot happening here, I'll be doing rotisserie chicken with salad for dinner around 6ish.

Hope you all have a good day xx
