of some weeds in my lawn that were choking the grass and scattered some grass seed in the bare patches,the pigeons appear to think I have supplied them with an all day buffet !

Yep ours are the same as fast as Tim sprinkles the grass seed they are lining up

My gardener (the ex) used to bang in a few tent pegs then create a latticework of string between them. High enough to stop them walking around but low enough to stop them getting under.

Put anything on the garden and the ants have them.
